Access Global Groups Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting robust digital commerce experiences on the Salesforce platform. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, supporting both new initiatives and ongoing enhancements to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B) environment. You ll work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, architects, and teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain B2B Commerce functionality, including storefronts, product catalogs, pricing logic, and checkout flows
• Configure and extend Salesforce B2B Commerce data models (Accounts, Entitlements, Price Books, Orders, and Contracts)
• Manage user accounts, security settings, data governance, and platform administration
• Develop and enhance workflows, automation rules, and custom objects to streamline business processes
• Integrate B2B Commerce with third-party systems such as ERP, payment gateways, and logistics APIs using REST/SOAP
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Maintain and optimize the existing code base and troubleshoot system issues
• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to support service and sales performance analysis
• Lead and mentor junior developers and development teams
• Assist in technical design using object-oriented design principles and Salesforce best practices
• Support estimation, planning, and delivery of development tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business requirements
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, adherence to standards, and testing
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on Salesforce B2B Commerce
• Continuously stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features
• Independently interface with client technical teams and business stakeholders as needed
• Proactively identify areas for platform optimization and performance improvement
• Support and enhance the Commerce Cloud environment with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least 3-4 years in Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze)
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce administration
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
• Experience with configuring and supporting Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B) environments
• Solid understanding of B2B commerce processes and Salesforce data models
• Ability to manage and lead a small technical team, including contributors
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and source control tools like Git
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or B2B Commerce certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in multi-site, multi-language commerce environments
• Knowledge of ERP systems and eCommerce integration patterns
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
