Retail Sales Representative Duties: 

• Great customers with a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience 
• Build rapport with potential customers through conversation, tailored solutions, and honest service recommendations 
• Cultivate long-term and positive relationships blending sales expertise with excellent service and support to all prospects
• Attract and educate potential clients of the benefits of converting to clean renewable energy
• Attending mandatory meetings to develop in-depth knowledge of renewable energy initiatives and how it positively impacts our planet 

Retail Sales Representative Qualifications: 

• Experience as a retail sales representative or entry-level customer service associate
• Friendly, confidant, and high energy personality
• Ability to work successfully within a team atmosphere and be determined towards achieving company goals to reduce climate change 
• Proven track record of overturning objections and closing sales
• Possess exceptional people skills 
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales initiatives
