Outside Sales Representative – Roofing – $2K–$3K/Week – High Commissions

N o roofing experience? No problem. If you can sell, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors. Make introductions. Create real opportunities.
• Run in-home consultations with homeowners who need roofing solutions.
• Use our proven quoting system to present options, earn trust, and close deals—often on the spot.
• Manage your own pipeline while getting full support from our office team.
• Help homeowners navigate retail or insurance options to get their roof replaced.
• Control your schedule, own your results, and build your book of business.

This Role Is For You If:

• You’ve done door-to-door, pest control, solar, alarms, home improvement, or other in-home sales — and you loved the thrill of closing.
• You’re hungry, coachable, and ready to outwork everyone.
• You’re tired of capped commissions, office politics, and broken promises.
• You want to make real six-figure money based on your hustle, not someone else’s budget.

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You’re looking for a comfy base salary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly Earnings: $2,000–$3,000+/week typical after ramp-up

Schedule

• Full-time
• Flexible scheduling (evenings & Saturdays are prime time)

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Hunger to win and make money
• Strong people skills & closing ability
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to knock doors and engage homeowners face-to-face

Preferred (but not required):

• 1–2+ years of D2D, solar, pest control, alarms, or roofing sales
• Roofing or home improvement background
• CRM or sales tech experience
