Role: Workday Integration & HCM Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote
Must be 8+ Years of Workday experience.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Workday Studio – Extensive hands-on experience developing complex integrations using Workday Studio.
Expertise in EIBs and Core Connectors – Deep understanding of Workday-delivered integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
Strong Knowledge of HCM Functional Flows – Solid grasp of key HCM modules, business processes, and configurations.
Workday Security & Calculated Fields – Skilled in managing security domains, role assignments, and building calculated fields for reports and business processes.
Intermediate Experience with Workday Extend – Must have implemented at least one production-level application using Workday Extend.
Preferred Skills:
Workday PRISM Analytics – Experience building data pipelines and custom analytics using PRISM.
Workday Financials – Exposure to Workday Finance modules.
