Waiter’s Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a smile and a warm attitude.
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room and work area.
- Setting and clearing tables.
- Polishing glasses and rolling silverware.
- Refilling water glasses and beverages.
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the tables.
- Assisting with special requests.
- Follow health and safety protocols.
- Adhere to club policies and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- A positive attitude and a friendly personality.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- A flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 16 years of age and a legal right to work in the US.
- Previous experience as a waiter’s assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
