Primary Technical Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for projects focused on Security and Risk capabilities within ServiceNow, including IRM/GRC, SIR, VR, and TPRM solutions.
Act as a key technical interface between clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and technical excellence.
Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and integrations for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and ServiceNow best practices.
Own, write, and deliver development objectives, ensuring they meet client expectations and maintain technical integrity.
Conduct and co-lead technical workshops with clients and security practice teams to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
Provide technical input to user stories and collaborate with business functional teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
Oversee development efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to technical design standards, and alignment with project requirements.
Deliver technical artifacts, sprint demos, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to support successful project outcomes.
Proactively identify and address technical challenges, resolve critical path issues, and partner with Engagement Managers to mitigate scope creep.
Mentor and guide team members on technical design standards, development patterns, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Maintain deep, expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and integrations such as SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST, SOAP, and web services.
Education and Certifications Assets
Certified System Administrator.
Four-year degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
ServiceNow CIS certification in Risk & Compliance, VR or SIR.
Certified Technical Architect a plus.
