Job Description

In Time Tec, a global software solutions company based in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Salesforce Developer for a 3–6 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), and a proven ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions within dynamic, cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for a self-driven developer who thrives in collaborative, agile environments and can balance technical excellence with strong stakeholder communication. You will work closely with client-side product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to implement robust Salesforce features, integrations, and customizations tailored to business goals.

Founded in 2009, In Time Tec is committed to creating abundance for our partners, employees, stakeholders, and the community. We partner with clients, often working onsite in their offices to explore and understand business requirements to deliver long-term custom software services. We are recognized as one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing privately-held companies and have been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Idaho for five consecutive years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.
  • Design and deliver on end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, platform limits, governor constraints, and security/compliance requirements.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support deployment pipelines through tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Optimize system performance, proactively monitor for issues, and address technical debt.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer for internal and client teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience, including custom Apex development and LWC.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
  • Demonstrated history of working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and declarative capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience developing within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or FinancialForce PSA.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Provar, Selenium, Apex testing strategies).
  • Prior consulting or contractor experience with fast-paced delivery timelines.

Engagement Expectations

  • Contract-based engagement with focused delivery timelines.
  • Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for periodic stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborative, high-ownership mindset with strong communication and delivery discipline.
