Lead strategic communication projects that enhance visibility for both the company and its clients by executing simple and complex, cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business strategies and the healthcare landscape, enabling the creation of high-quality, error-free content. Foster teamwork and expand client relationships, identifying trends and risks to enhance marketability, developing optimized communication strategies across various platforms, and setting standards for content moderation. Actively monitor communication trends and evaluate their impact, by shaping communications that resonate with stakeholders and mitigate risks while consistently seeking feedback for improvement. Additionally, consult with both internal and external stakeholders on emerging trends, successful management of multiple projects, and establish success metrics for evaluation and adoption of lessons learned.
**This is a hybrid role located in the Washington, DC Metro Area and requires 3 days in office per week.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Takes the lead in creating communications concepts and applying strategy to execute a variety of complex, cross-functional projects that increase company and client visibility.
+ Collaborates across internal and external stakeholders to gain an understanding of solutions, inform on strategy and workflows in the healthcare industry to create and deliver content for assigned communication projects that are error-free.
+ Review, proofread, and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to written communication best practices.
+ Maintain up to date trackers to ensure clear reporting on status of materials developed.
+ Uses relationship building acumen to foster collaboration among the team and client workstreams that routinely builds camaraderie and increases client trust.
+ Identifies communication trends and emerging risks to develop business solutions that increase company marketability with the client and within the industry.
+ Creates communication strategies that optimize channels and tactics across a variety of platforms that result in positive outcomes for the client.
+ Create standards to moderate user-generated content by monitoring submissions and determining appropriateness in accordance with the concurrence process.
+ Consult with stakeholders on new communications trends and platforms and create approaches to positively leverage them or address emerging risks and as needed present ideas to the client.
+ Able to multi-task multiple communication projects and manage deadlines.
+ Manage time and ensure proper time reporting depending on the task you are currently working on.
+ Establish success measures and present results of communication efforts.
+ Proactively seek and are receptive to feedback to improve the quality of products delivered.
+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
