Position: SAP SCM - GATP Consultant

Location: Washington DC (Remote)

Long Term contract

Experiences Required: 6 to 10 Yrs.

Job Description

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SCM with strong expertise in Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) functionality.
2. Deep knowledge of core GATP functionalities such as product availability check, backorder processing, and rules-based ATP.
3. Experience in configuring and implementing GATP components including check instructions, allocation, and product substitution.
4. Skilled in integrating GATP with SAP ECC/S4HANA using Core Interface (CIF) for master and transactional data transfer.
5. Proficient in handling scenarios involving multi-level ATP, location determination, and transportation scheduling.
6. Knowledge of APO enhancements, user exits, and custom developments in GATP.
7. Ability to work with business teams to gather requirements, define ATP strategies, and deliver tailored solutions.
8. Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting of GATP checks during order creation.
9. Familiarity with integration to other APO modules such as SNP and PPDS is preferred.
10. Strong communication and documentation skills with experience in global implementations and support projects.
