Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Zeta Marketing Cloud Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Zeta Marketing Cloud (ZMC) . This role requires both functional and technical proficiency in campaign execution, data integration, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand current SFMC usage and future ZMC goals
• Support and optimize current campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
• Assist in planning and executing the migration to Zeta Marketing Cloud
• Map marketing workflows, data extensions, and triggers between platforms
• Ensure data integrity, audience segmentation, and compliance during the transition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain marketing performance during the migration
• Provide post-migration support, QA, and user training for ZMC

Required Skills:

• 3 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory)
• Working knowledge or direct experience with Zeta Marketing Cloud (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of email campaign lifecycles, marketing automation, and customer journeys
• Experience with platform integrations (e.g., CRM, DMP, APIs, etc.)
• Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL for SFMC
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting marketing platform migrations is a huge plus

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in SFMC or Zeta MC
• Experience with multi-channel orchestration (email, SMS, push)
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
