We deliver high-quality recruiting solutions through a personalized, relationship-driven approach. With deep industry expertise and a commitment to excellence, we help our clients build reliable, high-performing teams that support long-term success.

About the Role

We're hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing recruiting team in a fast-paced staffing and recruiting agency. This role focuses on managing recruiters, meeting client hiring goals, and driving operational efficiency. You'll provide leadership, streamline delivery, and ensure we consistently place top-quality candidates across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of full-cycle recruiters. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a results-driven, collaborative culture.
  • Client Partnership: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines. Act as a strategic partner to ensure we're aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee active searches across multiple clients and industries. Ensure recruiters are maintaining strong candidate pipelines and following through on timely submittals, interviews, and placements.
  • Quality Control: Review candidate submittals and recruiter communications to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with client needs. Provide coaching where needed to maintain high standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team metrics such as submittals, interviews, time-to-fill, and placements. Use data to identify trends, flag bottlenecks, and guide performance discussions.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruiting workflows to reduce inefficiencies, improve speed, and maintain candidate quality. Standardize best practices across the team.
  • Training & Development: Onboard new recruiters and provide structured ramp-up plans. Lead regular team training to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and client interaction skills.
  • Tool & System Oversight: Ensure effective use of the ATS and recruiting tools. Collaborate with leadership on system improvements or tech needs to support recruiter success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and leadership to align recruiting efforts with client expectations. Maintain open communication on hiring progress, challenges, and strategy shifts. Step in to support high-priority roles or clients as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1–2 years managing a team in a staffing or agency setting.
  • Strong grasp of client delivery in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate recruiters, resolve blockers, and meet placement goals under pressure.
  • Experience hiring across a range of industries or verticals (e.g., technical, light industrial, healthcare, etc.).
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and productivity systems.
  • Clear communicator, both internally and with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing recruiting teams in a high-volume or multi-client environment.
  • Background in either technical or aerospace staffing—understanding of engineering, IT, or technical talent pipelines.
  • Experience in building or scaling agency recruiting operations.

Why Join Us:

  • Opportunity to lead and grow within a fast-moving, client-focused environment.
  • Work with top-tier clients and make a direct impact on their hiring success.
  • Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and professional development support.
