Procurement Officer
In this newly created role you will be responsible for identifying supply chain procurement opportunities, managing supplier communications, overseeing contract documentation, and ensuring supplier compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
**What are my accountabilities?**
+ Support Supplier Relationship Managers in identifying and vetting potential suppliers
+ Facilitate the setup of new supplier accounts, provide system access, conduct training sessions, and support suppliers with operational inquiries.
+ Manage the supplier inbox daily, responding to inquiries promptly and effectively.
+ Draft and process contractor agreements (new and renewals) through DocuSign, managing internal approvals from the Sedgwick Executive team.
**About you:**
+ Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or administrative support roles.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
