Join the team as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA) for the Pediatric and Adult Congenital Electrophysiology
The PA will provide and coordinate the care of congenital heart patients, provide patient/family education, promote safe continuity of care. The PA also participates in interdisciplinary and clinical rounds, provides education and support, as well as makes appropriate referrals and documents services rendered.
***This is one Advanced Practice Provider position within the Congenital Heart Program that will be filled be either a PA or NP**
Salary range:
PA: $74.95- $100.86/hourly
SR PA - Title Code 9204 - range $77.67-$104.54/hourly
Qualifications
+ Active license to practice as a Physician Assistant in California and must possess certification as Certified Physician Assistant through NCCPA -Required
+ Degree from accredited Physician Assistant Program -Required ( Master's Degree from a PA program preferred)
+ A minimum of 2 years cardiology experience- required
+ Previous PA experience -required
+ Previous pediatric cardiology or electrophysiology experience- preferred
+ BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross-required
+ ACLS and PALS certification from American Heart Association-required
+ Ability to utilize excel, word and other software programs -required
+ Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel-required
+ Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction-required
+ Ability to set priorities-required
+ Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence-required
+ Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner-required
+ This is one Advanced Practice Provider position within the Structural Heart Program that will be filled be either a PA or NP
PA- Title Code 9203-range $70.65-$95.07/hourly
SR PA - Title Code 9204 - range $77.67-$104.54/hourly
