Job Description:
Currently looking for an Ophthalmology Office Manager for an exciting opportunity in a busy practice. Interested candidates should have previous medical front desk reception experience.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager

Oversee front desk day to day activities
Insurance verification, patient counseling
Scheduling for surgery and arrangement of needed supplies
Maintaining clear communication with the Doctor and Billing Manager

Requirements of the Office Manager

Minimum 3 years Office management experience
Proven record of success in improving flow
Able to Multi-task in a high paced environment
