Job Description

Busy preschool and childcare center in need of Office Manager to start end of August 2025. This is a full-time, year-round position.

We are looking for:

• Excellent computer skills including database, data entry, Excel, Word and Outlook and willingness to learn more.
• Professionalism.
• Good communication skills including making and answering phone calls, writing emails and messages to families and staff, and in person communication.
• Takes direction.
• Familiar with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Comfortable with monetary transactions including bank deposits and financial records.
• Willingness to learn new programs and skills and to take on jobs as needed.
• Comfortable in a customer facing position
• Able to multi-task

Required:

High school diploma/GED

Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Able to work Monday – Friday, 8 hours, year-round

Reliably on time, punctual

PA Childcare clearances and trainings as needed for position. (Hilltop can assist in getting these if offered the job. They must be obtained before start date.)

Preferred:

Some college or Associates degree

Experience in a similar role

Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
