Your role will be vital in supporting a smooth and successful loan journey for our clients. What You'll Do: + Own the details: Perform precise data entry and validation to keep financial records accurate. + Be the connection: Initiate and coordinate third-party orders-including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certifications, and credit reviews. + Ensure quality: Review and validate loan documents, identifying and addressing discrepancies. + Keep things moving: Monitor work queues and step in when necessary to prevent bottlenecks. + Support success: Perform additional duties as needed to ensure a seamless lending process. + Live our values: Demonstrate behaviors that align with our organization's culture and mission. What You Bring: + Expertise in financial services: Experience in banking, mortgage operations, or loan processing. + A customer-focused mindset: Experience in customer service and administrative support. + Tech-savvy skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with loan software (like Encompass). + Regulatory knowledge: Understanding of TRID rules and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. + Bonus: Loan closing, post-closing, funding, escrow assisting, or doc drawing experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
