Job Description

Aggregate Mining Company who has been in business for over 20 yearsis seeking applicants for the position of Loader Operator at our Peoria and San Tan Valley locations. We are growing and expanding our staff and looking for individuals to join our team who is looking for long term employment.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

General cleanliness of assigned equipment.
Perform pre-shift inspection, maintain equipment repairs/maintenance records, and ensure that records are turned in to your supervisor.
Perform other related duties as required.
Must be qualified to work in a safety sensitive environment.
Operate heavy construction equipment in a professional & efficient manner to maintain production goals.
Long hours and weekends may be required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Must have some Loader Operator experience. Preferably with 980 and 988
Ability to accept responsibility for his/her actions specifically Safety related

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Must be able to meet all MSHA safety requirements and adhere to company safety policies.
Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, or pull, push, as well as, bend and lift up to 80 pounds.

All applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and physical and be able to pass a random drug testing on site throughout the year.
