At Coastal Probate, Trust & Elder Law, we provide compassionate legal guidance to families navigating estate planning, probate, trust administration, and elder law matters. As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, client-focused professional to join our team.
About the Role
We’re hiring for an in-person Legal Assistant position—open to either full-time or part-time applicants , depending on what works best for your schedule. For the right candidate, there may also be some hybrid work flexibility.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage client intake, case coordination, and legal administrative tasks with minimal training. The right person is a strong communicator who can deliver a warm and professional client experience while keeping every case organized and on track from start to finish.
