Job Overview Beyond Backyard Living Creations LLC is looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our growing hardscape team as Landscape Laborer. No prior experience? No problem! If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we will provide hands-on training to develop your skills. Who We Are Beyond Backyard Living Creations LLC specializes in designing and building beautiful, high-quality residential hardscapes. From patios and outdoor kitchens to fire pits and retaining walls, we transform backyards into stunning outdoor living spaces. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Carry and transport materials such as pavers, bricks, gravel, and sand
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment under supervision
- Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and compacting materials
- Assist skilled crew members in cutting, laying, and setting hardscape materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Load and unload tools and materials for job sites
- Travel to job locations as needed (Per Diem available for travel projects)
Qualifications - 1+ years of hardscape/landscape construction experience.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Must have own vehicle to transport to job sites
- Must be open to occasional travel for projects (Per Diem provided)
