Job Title: HR Specialist Job Description Acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers for a specific part of HR processes (onboarding, life cycle) or all general HR topics, ensuring accurate and effective follow-up on cases to deliver the best employee experience. Provides self-service support, supporting all other HR administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving. This role will be responsible for completing a wide variety of HR duties that reflect substantial variety and complexity for one or more countries, including but not limited to: data collection, communication, inquiry handling, compliance, and report generation. This position's work is generally of a critical and confidential nature. This role will be trained in Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities + Handle inquiries starting with the first contact, registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner. + Support customers on the HR portal and relevant online tools in completing transactions. + Provide operational advisory support and administrative services to in-scope processes. + Perform customer-related data gathering and input. + Work according to defined standards, in line with global end-to-end processes & tooling and local compliance. + Escalate cases where guidance and clarification of policies and procedures are required. + Actively identify customer-centered improvements and participate in improvement projects. + Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of the relevant processes. + Ensure service level agreements are met and a higher level of customer satisfaction is reached. + Safeguard own knowledge & skills and update the knowledge database. Essential Skills: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 3 years of HR experience + Teamwork and independence + Priority and workload management + Adaptability to changing environments and deadlines + Integrity and trustworthiness + Personal ownership + Customer interfacing with Challenge, Collaborate, and Care (3 C's) + Data interpretation + Strong customer focus and professionalism + Attention to detail and accuracy + Performance in demanding environments + Result-driven with ownership and accountability + Clear and professional communication + Cooperative working relationships + Adherence to procedures and timelines + Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and policies + Experience in WorkDay or ServiceNow (preferred) + Consulting agility and style flexibility + Navigating information networks + Team-oriented attitude + Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and resourceful Work Environment Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. The team currently consists of 12 people. Work is in the semiconductor industry. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
