HR Front Desk Admin
Location: SC - Charleston 100% on site
Job Type: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Front Desk Admin to support our HR team, including HR Specialists, recruiters, and trainers. This role involves managing front office responsibilities, assisting with HRIS data entry, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining personnel records. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of administrative tasks assisting HR Specialists, recruiters, trainers, and other team members.
* Manage the front office by greeting guests, answering phone calls, and coordinating applicant visits.
* Assist HR Specialists with data entry into the HRIS system.
* Support recruiters by processing job postings, new hire paperwork, and conducting pre-employment background checks.
* Store materials in paper or electronic formats and retrieve files as requested.
* Create and maintain personnel-related files and ensure proper disposal of obsolete documents following legal guidelines.
* Contribute to special projects as assigned.
* Perform other duties as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with HRIS or financial software (Workday preferred).
