If you're ready to take your career to new heights and bring critical care to those who need it most, this opportunity is for you. **About the Role:** As a Flight Paramedic, you'll provide advanced life support in both pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. You'll work as part of a specialized team responsible for stabilizing and transporting critically ill or injured patients via air or ground platforms. **What You'll Do:** + Perform advanced patient assessments, interventions, and emergency procedures during transport + Deliver comprehensive care across age groups in high-acuity environments + Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records + Participate in regular trainings, equipment checks, and continuing education + Collaborate effectively with partners, dispatch, healthcare teams, and leadership + Uphold regulatory standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines **Required Qualifications:** + Valid Paramedic certification in Arizona (or eligible) + 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume EMS or 911 setting + Active BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred) + FP-C certification (or willingness to obtain within 24 months) + Basic computer proficiency for electronic charting and communications + Excellent communication and teamwork skills + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet physical readiness standards + Must maintain weight under 235 lbs **Preferred:** + Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field + Previous experience in air or critical care transport + Instructor-level certifications **Compensation & Perks:** + Base salary with bonus opportunities + Annual safety and performance bonuses + Shift differentials and incentive pay + Continuing education allowance for clinical development + Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualifying candidates **Why Join Us:** You'll be part of a nationally recognized transport team known for excellence, safety, and innovation in critical care delivery.
