We specialize in the care of turf, trees and shrubs, using custom blends of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides applied in well-timed cycles throughout the year.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, hardworking candidates with a strong work ethic
  
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping or agriculture
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record required for last 5 years
  
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
  

What You'll Do:

As a Lawn Spray Technician, you'll:

• Identify and resolve issues in turf and landscape health
  
• Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides safely and accurately 
  
• Follow all safety protocols and label instructions
  
• Educate customers on lawn care, watering practices and service options
  
• Perform core aeration on lawns
  
• Safely operate a company truck and trailer while completing daily routes
  

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must hold a current technician's license with either the Texas Department of Agriculture or the Structural Pest Control Board.
  
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in lawn care, including:
  
• Fertilization programs
  
• Insect and disease identification and treatment
  
• Weed identification and control
  
• Strong understanding of chemical application methods and safety procedures
  
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients
  
• We will consider individuals with knowledge and/or degree (Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field)

Requirements

Job Considerations: 

Our team members perform essential, physically demanding work in an outdoor environment. Daily tasks take place in weather conditions, ranging from extreme heat to cold, within a humid, subtropical climate. For safety, all personnel in our field production department are required to wear full uniforms including long-sleeve shirts, pants, hat, gloves and rubber boots.

The role requires considerable physical strength, endurance, and dexterity. Team members must routinely:

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  
• Navigate uneven terrain
  
• Push and pull required equipment
  
• Operate spray hoses and core aeration machinery
  

Physical stamina and the ability to meet these demands consistently are vital to success in this position.

Minimum Qualifications

To meet company, insurance, and regulatory standards, successful applicants must:

• Meet all federal requirements for permanent employment in the U.S.
  
• Current or previously licensed with SPCB in Lawn, Ornamental and Weed-TDA
• Valid, Texas driver’s license and clean driving record required and maintained
  
• Have a clean driving record with no moving violations or accidents within the past five years
  
• Be at least 24 years of age (per commercial insurance requirements)
  
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions
  
• Pass a drug screening
  
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
  
• Withstand prolonged physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  
• Safely operate a truck and trailer
  
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  
• Reside within a 30-minute drive of our Conroe warehouse
  
• Be available to work some Saturdays as needed
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Professional demeanor and self-motivated attitude
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Mechanically inclined (basic understanding of equipment/vehicle maintenance is a plus)
  
• Detail-oriented and able to follow safety and procedural guidelines
