About the Role

We’re hiring a highly strategic and hands-on Engagement Manager to lead complex implementations and drive mission impact for key federal clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and national security. As the lead on delivery engagements, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, manage dynamic internal teams, and ensure our client’s powerful AI platform is solving real-world government challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business and mission impact to federal clients by aligning SaaS technology to real-world problems
  • Lead data analytics, software deployment, and advisory projects from planning to execution
  • Manage client engagements with senior-level federal stakeholders
  • Scope new work and define work plans in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Drive adoption and continuous value realization from the AI platform
  • Translate client challenges into actionable solutions and software use cases
  • Mentor and lead Business Analysts and cross-functional teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of client workflows and shape SaaS configurations accordingly
  • Regularly assess team performance and project quality to ensure excellence
  • Identify and scope expansion opportunities within existing client accounts

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship (required)

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, advisory services, or enterprise technology delivery
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: national security, federal procurement, industrial base and supply chain, innovation ecosystems, or defense budgeting
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive-level delivery
  • Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams with a hands-on leadership style

Preferred Skills

  • Current or active U.S. security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech or startup environment
  • MBA or other advanced degree
