Job Description

This role takes incoming calls from new leads and places 30-50 outgoing follow-up calls per day to our existing lead database with the goal of setting appointments, while keeping accurate notes and scheduling future follow-up. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player. Call center experience is a plus. If this sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential customers on the phone to provide company information & schedule appointments.
• Make up to 40-50 follow-up phone calls daily to leads already in our system (no cold calls).
• Send emails, texts, and handwritten notes to our leads.
• Update customer interaction in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
• Manage Multiple Excel Spreadsheets.
• Provide support to Management.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• College Degree or Equivalent Experience Required.
• Flexible work schedule - 40 hours per week.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and heavy phone experience.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates active listening and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Client Relationship Management (CRM), preferably Sales Force; Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Calendar.
• Speaks fluent and clear English.
• Must pass a CORI check.
