Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a must. Engineering preferred.
• Previous experience with LEAN or Continuous Improvement (CI) in a food manufacturing setting is essential.
• Must be able to manage several responsibilities at once effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and close attention to detail are important.
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to evolving business needs, with the ability to guide teams through transitions.
• Should be self-motivated, meticulous, and capable of working independently when necessary.
• Fluency in Spanish is desired.
