Work Location: On-Site, Chicopee, MA 01022

Hours: 12pm-8pm Tues- Friday

and every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM.

About the Opportunity:

Yankee Home Improvement,   one of the best known companies in the Northeast, is seeking an experienced and talented call center representative to fill the vital role of Confirmation Manager . The Confirmation Specialist reaches out to our customers in order to confirm and approve their previously scheduled, in-home appointments with a Yankee Home Design Consultant.

Hours:

Full-time schedule: 12pm-8pm Tues- Friday and every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM.

Earning potential of $22-$25/hour base pay PLUS   generous bonuses   for confirming and qualifying appointments with leads that have been pre-set by our call center.

The Confirmation Specialist will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Pre-set Leads - No Cold Calls
• Contact prospects via telephone, email, and SMS to confirm or reject their scheduled appointments.
• Provide logistical / GPS support for our Design Consultants in the Field.
• Make outreach calls to reschedule prior cancelled appointments.
• Desire to work in an inside sales center
  
• We Will Provide Comprehensive, Paid Training
  

Qualifications:

You Must Possess 1+ years of inside sales or call center experience

• Weeknight and Saturday availability
• Hours: Full-time schedule: 12pm-8pm Tues- Friday and every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM.
• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• A Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Time management skills
• A Proven Track Record of Closing Sales
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Creativity and Problem Solving Ability
• Intermediate technological aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to commute to and work on-site in Chicopee, MA 01022
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
