Job Description
Large managed care company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN to be responsible for onsite chart review and tracking, remote data mining in EHR systems, and direct provider outreach for year-round chart collection and abstraction.
WORK LOCATION: 19500 IH 10 W, San Antonio, TX 78257
PAY: $33.00
CONTRACT DATES: 8/41/25 - 2/1/26
HOURS: M-F, 8-5
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive medical records directly to onsite office.
Review and track medical records received via mail.
Review and track invoices received via mail.
Maintain remote access to the required EHR systems.
Data mine remotely for quality gap closure directly in EHR systems.
Outreach to provider offices to request medical record data.
Act as a SME for data collection and HEDIS® questions, asked by provider offices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Professional/Vocational Nurse.
One or more years provider outreach and/or EHR system navigation.
One or more years HEDIS®/STAR experience.
Two or more years of experience with data. analysis/quality chart reviews. Must be able to review medical records and assess completeness.
Experience using Microsoft office applications, including databases, word-processing, and Excel® spreadsheets.
Certified Professional Coder is a plus.
One or more years call center experience is preferred.
