Overview
Our client is seeking a Civil Site Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical design expertise and leadership capabilities . The successful candidate will be hands-on in civil site design while overseeing the execution of both residential and commercial land development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage site development projects through all phases
Collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality and efficient site plans
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations
Oversee grading, drainage, utility layout, and erosion/sediment control designs
Support client coordination, permitting, and internal quality checks
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of direct civil site experience
Active Georgia PE license required
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial land development
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
