Assistant Grain Farm Manager / Equipment Operator position available on a 7,000-acre corn and soybean farming operation in southern Minnesota. This is a third generation family originated farming business. Applicant must be self-motivated person with the ability to think and work independently. MUST have experience operating and maintaining modern farm equipment. Will be operating and servicing mostly newer equipment and keep the heated shop well organized. GPS experience, and combine monitor knowledge is required. CDL possession is a major plus. Will also be operating semis to haul crops to town. Ability to supervise part-time and full-time employees is an advantage. Must be organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently and possibly manage the operation in the owners' absence.
